• You have just 14 days to avail of the Return/Exchange option upon your acceptance date on the air waybill. After that, the option will expire.                                                • Pls be aware it is your responsibility to select the correct size, if you fail to choose the right size, you may return the product thru prepaid shipping and the next item shipping will be charged.  
• Returns are not possible for promotional and discounted items, the exchange can be done subject to availability of the article and mentioned policy.
• Damaged items, rough, dirty, and/or manhandled will not be considered as legitimate for the Return/Exchange option.
• The Return/Exchange should just be entertained only if the items are returned at our said stock place (specified by our Customer Services).
• Pls also be advised due to the brightness/contrast setting of the monitors the color tone may vary from monitor to monitor, we appreciate your co-operation and understanding.
