Hi there,

You can edit your existing automatic messages in the ‘C=
hatbots’ section (the ‘Play’ icon in the menu on the left side), by moving =
the mouse cursor over your bot and clicking the ‘Edit’ button.

u’d like to test the new message on your live page, best would be to open i=
t via a new incognito/private window to simulate a new visit – the chat sav=
es the visitor data and the conversation log, so if you’ll be using a regul=
ar browsing session – it will just move on from where it last ended (i.e. s=
how the older messages you got before).
